IV/IO: 0.01 mg/kg (10 mcg/kg) of 1:10,000; volume (mL) = wt(kg) × 0.1. ET: 0.2 mg/kg (200 mcg/kg); volume (mL) = wt(kg) × 2.0. (1:10,000 = 0.1 mg/mL.)
- IV/IO dose is one-tenth the endotracheal dose
- ET administration requires dilution with 1-2 mL of normal saline
- 1:10,000 adrenaline = 0.1 mg/mL = 100 mcg/mL
